Vice President, Sales
Printing, Catalog and Direct Mail
Midwest Region
The VP, Sales will be responsible for developing and implementing the sales strategy of the organization’s direct response business services (Direct Mail, Catalog, and Agency) with a focus supporting the company’s mission of providing full-service end-to-end marketing solutions.
The VP, Sales will take on the responsibility for all aspects of driving profitability and revenue for the company and directly influencing the future of the business by focusing on new business sales and current client base sales. With a passion for growing the business, the sales leader will translate initial traction into lasting growth. This person will own the development and implementation of a detailed, repeatable, and predictable sales strategy and process, and build a strong sales team to accelerate growth and achieve aggressive targets. In addition to strong individual sales skills, this person must possess strong leadership skills and the ability to attract, develop, and motivate high performing sales professionals.

Job Requirements
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in selling catalog, direct mail, print, and/or direct marketing services/solutions into multiple industries and segments
- 10+ years of experience leading sales teams
- Strong forecasting and pipeline expertise
- Critical thinker, strategic and operational simultaneously, and highly analytical
- Strong communication skills possessing an innate ability to channel different points of view
- Able to establish and maintain excellent relationships and credibility quickly
- Excellent consulting skills as well as technical writing and public speaking
- Ability to travel approximately 25% - 30%.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, technology, or a relevant field required
