• Lead, guide, and mentor a multifaceted team of up to 100 employees, including managers, shift supervisors, and operators, across multiple locations.
• Assume P&L responsibility, oversee budgeting, forecasting, and expense management to ensure sustainable profitability.

Qualifications:

• Print experience is a must
