KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead a multi-contractor working group that coordinates with representatives from the operational customers to identify CONOPS, COMEMPS, scenarios and mission flows and coordinate operation-training on the Space capability.
- Prioritize and link program epics and features from all development groups that are responsible for the implementation of an integrated agile development management approach.
- Develop and maintain an On-Boarding Guide identifying the series of conversations across the portfolio (planning software, sensor/support software, entity management software, tactical coordination, data interfaces and cross-domain solutions).
- Create new algorithms and processes, enhance current tool capabilities and research emerging technologies.
- Identify and prioritize external interfaces and data needs in support of an external Capability Development Group.
- Document design patterns for interoperability with external mission systems.
- Negotiating solutions among functional systems, mission and software engineering groups.

Job Requirements
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree and minimum of 10 years of relevant prior system engineering experience, or Graduate degree and a minimum of 8 years’ experience.
- Active TS/SCI clearance is required.
- Experience with Systems/Software Architecture and UI/UX user design
- Familiarity with Security (MLS and Cyber), Agile development methodology and MBSE modeling
- Experience in OCX, FORGE, Air Domain C2, Cyber domain C2 is a plus.
