Automation Equipment Sales Executive

Are you a results-oriented equipment sales professional with a passion for driving growth in the small parcel market? 

Our client, a leading provider of conveyors, scanners, sorting, and software solutions to parcel shippers and ecommerce distribution centers, is seeking a talented Sales Executive to join their expanding team. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the strategic expansion of an equipment manufacturer while making a significant impact on the company’s success. 

In this role, you will drive new sales growth in the parcel and small package market, leveraging your industry knowledge and expertise.  Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.  In addition, align with the company’s go-to-market strategies and execute plans to achieve business objectives. 

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in business or packaging.  5+ years experience in parcel, small packages, or fulfillment, with a successful track record.  Proven ability to consistently exceed sales goals and deliver exceptional results.  Understanding automation, industrial engineering, packaging equipment and cost modeling is a plus.

Solid salary and uncapped commissions with outstanding benefits.

Susan joined WorldBridge Partners Chicago NW in November, 2009 as a Senior Search Consultant. She focuses on the Print, Packaging, Marketing Communications, Maintenance Repair and Operations (MRO), Manufacturing and Construction industries placing Sales, Operations, Management and Corporate-level Executives.

Prior to joining WBP Chicago NW, Susan worked for an MRI executive search firm specializing in the Electrical industry. In her role, she was successful in filling positions in both Electrical Distribution and Manufacturing. Her focus was placing Sales, Operations, Senior Management and Pricing/Purchasing managers.

Susan also worked for another large, international business where she recruited for positions in several vertical markets. She moved into a Senior Staffing Partner role for the corporate office and continued recruiting for positions in Sales, Operations and Engineering for the automation, Fire/Life Safety and Security business sector.
