Responsibilities:
- Conduct risk analysis and develop strategies to ensure optimal laser test and reliability procedures.
- Create and implement comprehensive test plans for new laser products and technologies.
- Lead the successful introduction of new laser products by coordinating with cross-functional teams.
- Collaborate with suppliers to evaluate and qualify new laser technology components.
- Oversee and manage laser test activities, ensuring adherence to industry standards and best practices.
- Analyze test data, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations for product improvement.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance laser reliability and performance.
- Mentor and guide a team of laser test engineers, fostering their professional growth.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
- Extensive experience in laser test and reliability management within the laser industry.
- Proven expertise in risk analysis, test plan development, and new product introduction.
- Strong knowledge of laser technology and its applications across various industries.
- Excellent analytical skills to interpret test data and draw meaningful conclusions.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external suppliers.
