Printing Plant Manager

New York/New Jersey

Key Responsibilities:

  • Primary oversight for the Warehouse Manager, Digital Print Manager, and Machine & Hand Insertion Managers (3).
  • Oversee all facility manufacturing activities
  • Primary contact for Customer Service & Estimating for all Production (except Warehouse)
  • Lead manufacturing operations HR responsibilities and daily staff utilization
  • Coordinate with Operations Technical Manager for all site testing
  • SLA compliance and reporting
  • Execute and promote safety leadership & quality management

Job Requirements:

  • Operations leadership in either a digital, offset of flexo-graphic facility
  • Thorough knowledge of printing processes
  • Effective communication skills and interaction with all levels of organization
  • Skilled in handling a rapid paced work environment while being efficient and organized
  • Must be self-motivated and responsible, with a “take charge attitude”
  • Highly skilled in Excel and Mathematical functionality
  • Knowledgeable in Office products Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and embrace new technology
