Printing Plant Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Primary oversight for the Warehouse Manager, Digital Print Manager, and Machine & Hand Insertion Managers (3).
- Oversee all facility manufacturing activities
- Primary contact for Customer Service & Estimating for all Production (except Warehouse)
- Lead manufacturing operations HR responsibilities and daily staff utilization
- Coordinate with Operations Technical Manager for all site testing
- SLA compliance and reporting
- Execute and promote safety leadership & quality management
Job Requirements:
- Operations leadership in either a digital, offset of flexo-graphic facility
- Thorough knowledge of printing processes
- Effective communication skills and interaction with all levels of organization
- Skilled in handling a rapid paced work environment while being efficient and organized
- Must be self-motivated and responsible, with a “take charge attitude”
- Highly skilled in Excel and Mathematical functionality
- Knowledgeable in Office products Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and embrace new technology
