WorldBridge Partners, Omaha is seeking an Officer Manager to replace a retiring Director of Operations. This person will shadow the existing Director of Operations through the end of 2023 for pertinent systems training and office business operations orientation and will ultimately be promoted into Director of Operations in January 2024.

Job Requirements

Key Responsibilities…

• Manage all business vendor relationships as needed
• Maintain all business equipment and providers including computers, phone system, printers and scanner
• Interaction with Account Executives, Partners, Managing Partners
• Edit, amend, and help authorize contracts and fee agreements for our client relationships
• Oversee metric operations and analytics with hireAnalytix
• Manage and track business finances including payroll, payments, and invoices.
• Renew all business insurance and 401K policies to include EPLI, WC, Auto and Benefits annually
• Work with accountant regarding business and personal taxes
• Onboard new hires, which includes office setup and training enrollment
• Identify prospective clients and job openings and relay pertinent information to Account Executives
• Post open opportunities online
• Compile lists of potential candidates for open job orders
• Post articles online to further develop the company brand
• Message potential candidates to initiate dialogue
• Maintain office and kitchen supplies

Marcus Dawson
Partner

Marcus joined WorldBridge Partners as an Executive Search Consultant in 2011 and was promoted to Partner in 2019.  Marcus works diligently to identify, qualify and recruit associate and partner level attorneys for law firms nationally. He is especially adept at assisting law firms in their growth, merger and acquisition strategies and plans.

Prior to joining WorldBridge Partners, Marcus worked in the Athletic Compliance Department at Creighton University in Omaha.  Marcus’ experience as a legal consultant enables him to gather important insight into both firms and prospective candidates to make sure the fit is right both professionally and personally.

Marcus graduated with honors from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in Journalism and holds a J.D. from Creighton University.  In his free time, Marcus enjoys travel and playing piano.
