Job Requirements

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

  • 5+ years’ experience in direct marketing, telephony analytics or call center management preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in call center, teleservices environment preferred
  • Track record of exceeding quotas selling complex telephony software services or solutions a must
  • Bachelor’s degree
