Your Impact: As a Principal Software Engineer, you'll be instrumental in expanding the capabilities of our client's mission-critical real-time control system. With a high degree of project-level responsibility, you'll lead the development lifecycle, from concept to release.
Core Responsibilities:
- Drive innovation by expanding features and capabilities within our real-time control system.
- Take ownership of the development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment.
- Develop multi-threaded, object-oriented applications in C++ under Windows.
- Interface with diverse devices through various interfaces (serial, network, etc.).
- Troubleshoot and solve complex system-level issues across mechanical, electrical, and software domains.
- Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams, both internal and external.
- Implement customer-specific enhancements, enhancing the overall system.

Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in C++ development for multi-threaded applications.
- Proven track record in object-oriented software design and development.
- Strong experience with large-scale software projects and full life cycle processes.
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve complex system-level challenges.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, bridging technical and non-technical audiences.
- Familiarity with C++ STL and C# is a plus.
- Adaptable to evolving software development processes.
- Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
