Job Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 8 years in Human Resources, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
- In-depth understanding of employment laws and regulations, ensuring a compliant and ethical HR environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information with clarity and empathy.
- A proven history of developing and executing HR strategies that drive organizational success.
- Ability to inspire and lead a diverse HR team, fostering collaboration and innovation.
- Proficiency in HRIS software and other relevant technology platforms.
- Proficiency in both English and Spanish, enabling effective communication across an diverse workforce.
