Are you an experienced finance leader with a strong background in accounting operations? We have the perfect opportunity for you! We are currently seeking a Corporate Controller to spearhead the company’s accounting operations and support its continued growth. This pivotal leadership role will allow you to manage all aspects of accounting for a multi-locational manufacturing organization, while collaborating closely with the executive team.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Oversee and manage the monthly closing process, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting across multiple locations.
- Supervise a dedicated accounting team and manage essential operations like cash management, billing, accounts payable/receivable, cost accounting, and more.
- Lead the development of accounting policies and strengthen internal controls.
- Collaborate with senior leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and driving financial decision-making.
- Work with external auditors to ensure financial accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Job Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
- 10+ years of progressive finance experience, ideally in a multi-locational manufacturing setting.
- A CPA or MBA is preferred, but your hands-on experience is just as valuable.
- A proven leader with strong interpersonal and communication skills, who can manage teams and communicate effectively with senior management.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities, keen attention to detail, and a results-driven mindset.
