WHAT THE ROLE LOOKS LIKE
The Customer Service Representative acts as primary customer contact. You will work to coordinate all project components and offer support to the sales, scheduling and production departments. Responsible for creating job folders and job instructions. The CSR will coordinate project pre-planning meetings. Manage all aspects of prep production project scheduling. In addition, you will serve as a liaison between production, management, scheduling, sales and customers.
WHO SHOULD APPLY
Detail oriented customer service professionals that are committed to quality and have experience in the Printing or Direct Mail industry. Highly organized and analytical and can multi-task within a Customer Service environment. Must have the ability to communicate effectively with staff at all levels of the organization.
