THE OPPORTUNITY – As the VP of Sales & Marketing you will be responsible for a 30 member sales, marketing and support staff. You will be responsible for 6 sales branch locations located throughout the north east. Key accountabilities include strategic planning; sales program development; setting sales objectives; employee development; management of commercial, industrial, residential, rental and aftermarket sales. Direct reports include a director of sales, director of marketing, sales operations manager, director of engineering, rental manager and aftermarket manager. You will report to the company president. Travel requirements are estimated to be 25% to 35%. You will be provided with a company vehicle and gas card.


  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Senior sales & marketing management experience
  • Experience with B2B e-commerce and social media
  • Engineered products experience
  • Has owned or been directly involved in a strategic planning process
  • Has project management experience
