In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for driving the strategy across their Sales Enablement team which is made up of Retail & CPG Market Research, Sales Training and Product Value Proposition Strategy. This position is a key player on the Sales Leadership Team.
The ideal candidate should understanding of how a partner ecosystem works within a CPG and Retail organization. Knowledge of Sales (specifically Media), Sales Process and Sales Methodologies and their implementation. Direct sales experience in software or technology sales is a big plus. Strong organizational skills; ability to manage multiple cross-functional projects simultaneously. Fluency working with SalesForce.com and experience delivering content and training via a Learning Management System (LMS)
